1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cleaning Products And Household Chemicals, Divided Into Three Tasks: Task No. 1 - Delivery Of Products For Personal Hygiene And Shoe Maintenance. Task No. 2 - Delivery Of Cleaning Products And Household Materials. Task No. 3 - Delivery Of Cleaning Products For Maintaining The Premises. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And Risk To The Ordering Partys Registered Office In Packaging Protecting Against Quantitative And Qualitative Changes And To Bring It To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract, Brand New, Unused, Protected By The Manufacturer, Meeting All Requirements Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects.4. The Offered Product Must Be Ecological And Biodegradable In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of July 23, 2004, On Detailed Requirements For Certain Products Due To Their Negative Impact On The Environment - Applies To Tasks 1 And 3.5. Products That Are Cosmetics Must Be Reported To The Chief Sanitary Inspector From The National Information System For Cosmetics Placed On The Market And Registered Via The Cncp Portal (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) - Applies To Tasks 1 And 3.
