The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Of Storm Sewage Systems, Absorption Wells And Separators In The Nowy Sól District.1. General Requirements For The Execution Of Works. A) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of Their Execution And Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Instructions. B) The Detailed Location Of The Works Performed And Their Scope Will Be Determined Each Time By The Ordering Party. C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Photographic Documentation Of The Sewage Cleaning Works Carried Out After Each Ordered Stage Of Works. D) 80% Of The Sewers Intended For Cleaning Have A Diameter Of 300 Mm, The Remaining Ones Have A Diameter 400 Mm And 500 Mm2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Particular In Carrying Out The Following Activities: In The Case Of Cleaning The Storm Sewage System: - Cleaning Inspection Wells, Absorption Wells, Sewage Wells With Drains (Diameter 160-200 Mm) And The Main Collectors Of The Rain Sewer System To Remove Waste In A Way That Does Not Damage Their Structure, - Cleaning The Road Within The Cleaned Rain Sewage System, - Repairing The Collector Of Concrete Pipes Of The Sewage System Rainwater Using The Trenchless Cipp Method (Sleeve Method Hardened With Resin) With A Diameter From 200 Fi To 304 Fi (To Make A Minimum Of 10 M)* Together With Cameraing And Possible Cutting Of Roots - Repair Of The Collector Of Concrete Pipes Of The Rainwater Sewerage Using The Trenchless Cipp Method (Sleeve Method Hardened With Resin) With A Diameter From 305 Fi To 400 Fi (To Make A Minimum Of 10 M)* Along With Cameraing And Possible Cutting Of Roots* The Contractor May Propose Another Method, Equivalent - But Not Worse Than That Described By The Ordering Party. In The Case Of Cleaning Separators: - Cleaning Of Separators And Associated Settling Tanks By Pumping Out Waste And Cleaning The Tank - Checking The Efficiency Of The Device, - Removal And Disposal Of Pumped Out Waste, Transport And Disposal Costs Are Borne By The Contractor, - Preparation Of Documentation For Cleaning Of Separators And Settling Tanks Required Regulations, - Performing A Water Sample Test At The Outlet Of The Separator, - Completing The Entries In The Separator Operation Card 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Action Within The Deadline: Min. 1 A Max. 5 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of A Telephone/Written Order From The Ordering Party And This Deadline Will Be Included In The Concluded Agreement
