The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Complete, Brand New Membrane Cell For The Chlorinsitu Iii Salt Electrolysis Device, Serial Number: 1601686. Required Cell Type: Hmc25-4 (Or Its Exact, Direct Replacement Compatible With The Above Device). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Activities: 1. Disassembly And Disposal: Disassembly Of The Used Membrane Cell And Its Disposal In Accordance With Regulations.2. Assembly And Commissioning: Professional Assembly Of The New Hmc25-4 Cell In Compliance With All Procedures Of The Device Manufacturer And Commissioning Of The Device.3. Post-Assembly Tests: Once The Cell Is Installed, The Service Must Perform And Document The Following Performance And Safety Tests:A) Cell Voltage Measurement: Measure And Record The Voltage Value Across The Cell At The Rated Operating Current. The Value Must Be Within The Catalog Ranges For A New Cell, Specified By The Device Manufacturer.B) Leakage Test: Checking The Tightness Of The Entire Cell Circuit And Connections Under Operating Pressure.C) Sensor Calibration: Verification And Possible Calibration Of The Flow Sensor And Salinity Sensor.D) Checking Electrical Parameters: Checking The Correct Operation Of The Power Supply And Fuses.E) Functional Test Of The Safety System: Checking The Operation Of All Safety Functions Of The Device, Including The Venting System Hydrogen And Emergency Shutdowns.
