The System Is Used To Support Research And Development Work As Well As Routine Analytics At Fraunhofer Ikts. The System Should Be Able To Implement At Least The Following Applications In A Compact System (The Background Is The Limited Space Available At The Installation Site): - Qualitative Phase Identification, - Quantitative Phase Analysis According To Rietveld, - Texture And Stress Analysis, - High-Temperature Xrd Analyzes Of Powders And Solids, - Pdf Analyzes (Pair Distribution Function) In Transmission Geometry.
