1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Floors At The Headquarters Of The Residential Homes Administration No. 1 At Ul. Wyszyńskiego 38 In Gorzów Wielkopolski To The Extent Consistent With The Attached Bills Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.2. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular;2.1. Dismantling Existing Floors In Rooms;2.2. Performing Local Repairs Of The Concrete Floor On The Ground Floor Of The Building2.3. Repair/Replacement Of The Osb Floor On The First Floor Of The Building2.4. Construction Of Priming And Self-Leveling Floor / Nailing Of Osb2.5 Boards. Laying Plastic Floor Covering, Attention! The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility. Construction And Assembly Works Must Be Carried Out Within The Agreed Hours. Delivery And Transport Of Construction Materials Inside The Building And Their Storage, As Well As The Entry And Stay Of Employees On The Premises Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Work Schedule Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Access To Utilities (Water And Electricity), The Cost Of Consumption Is Borne By The Contractor; Settlement Will Be Made According To Meter Readings. The Ordering Party Is Not Able To Provide A Room For Storing Equipment And Construction Materials.
