The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of District Road No. 1086K, Located In The Towns Of Sieniczno And Olewin, In The Olkusz Commune, Olkusz County. The Scope Of The Works Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of Comprehensive Demolition, Earthwork, Construction And Surface Works, Including: • Mechanical Cutting Of Joints In The Existing Bituminous Surface, • Mechanical Milling Of Existing Asphalt Surface Layers, • Demolition Of The Existing Foundation Made Of Stone Aggregate And Routes, • Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Demolition Materials, • Carrying Out Earthworks Using Backhoe Excavators, • Mechanical Cutting Of Roadsides, • Mechanical Profiling Of The Subgrade And Its Compaction For Construction Layers, • Construction Of A Drainage Layer, • Mechanical Compaction Of The Subgrade And Structural Layers, • Construction Of The Basic Substructure From Crushed Aggregate Mechanically Stabilized, • Execution Of The Subbase From Ac 16 P Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, • Cleaning Of Road Surfaces, • Interlayer Sprinkling And Sprinkling Under The Bituminous Layers With Asphalt Emulsion And Lime Laitance, • Execution Of The Binder Layer From Ac 16W Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, • Execution Of The Wearing Course From Ac 11 S Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, • Execution Roadsides Made Of Crushed Stone, • Reconstruction, Correction Of Geometry And Unification Of Individual Exits Within The Road. Loading, Transport And Management Of Demolition Materials, Including The Asphalt Cutter Resulting From The Milling Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road, And The Management (Disposal Or Recovery) Of The Asphalt Cutter Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In The Field Of Waste Management, In Particular In The Event Of The Presence Of Tar Binder Containing Hazardous Substances (Including Pahs) In Asphalt Layers, Taking Into Account The Obligation To Classify The Waste, Perform Identification Tests And Transfer The Waste To An Entity That Has Appropriate Administrative Decisions To Recover Or Neutralize This Type Of Waste.
