1. The Subject Of This Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of: Partial Renovation Of Municipal Roads With Bitumen Surfaces In The Michałowice Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Are Works Related To The Ongoing Maintenance Of Bituminous Surfaces In The Commune, Consisting Of Partial Repairs Of These Surfaces With A Mixture Or Cold Emulsion With Cutting, Lubrication Of The Edges And The Substrate, As Well As The Possible Supplementation Of The Sub-Base With Crushed Aggregate (Filling Regardless Of The Depth Of The Defects).3. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Cleaning And Drying Damaged Places, 2) Cutting Out Damaged (Lower) Areas Of The Surface And Giving Them Regular Shapes, 3) Chipping Or Milling The Mass In The Damaged Area, 4) Removing Rubble And Cleaning The Repaired Area, 5) Supplementing The Base Layers - If Necessary, 6) Leveling And Making A New Wearing Course, 7) Laying The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture In One Or Two Layers Depending On The Damage, Compaction Of Individual Layers Of The Placed Mixture, 8) Mechanical Compaction Of The Mixture Using A Roller Or Vibrating Plate, 9) Sprinkling The Edges Of The Renovated Area With Cold Asphalt Emulsion, 10) Removing Rubble And Residues From The Work Performed, Cleaning The Area, 11) Necessary Regulation Of Manholes And Underground Facilities Located In The Road, 12) Measuring And Marking The Patch Number With A Spray. 13) Preparation Of A List Of Renovated Areas (In The Form Of A Table: Number, Length, Width, Area).4.
