1. The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Are Works Related To The Renovation (Modernization) Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In Stara Wieś. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, - Design Documentation, - Outlay Cost Estimates/Bills Of Quantities, Constituting An Annex To Swz.2. If The Stwiorb Or The Design Documentation/Bill Of Quantities Would Indicate, In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Pzp Allows The Submission Of Offers Assuming The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Products Or Equivalent Solutions. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Requirement Of Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites.3. If The Economic Operator, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Contracting Authority Or An Equivalent Label, The Contracting Authority, Within The Deadline Set By It, Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Provided That The Economic Operator Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By It Meet The Requirements Of The Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Contracting Authority.4. The Use In The Design Documentation Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body As Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Offer Evaluation Criteria Or Contract Performance Conditions Means That The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies. The Ordering Party Also Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, In The Event That A Given Contractor Has Neither Access To Certificates Or Test Reports Nor The Possibility Of Obtaining Them In A Timely Manner, Unless This Lack Of Access Cannot Be Attributed To A Given Contractor, And Provided That The Given Contractor Proves That Th
