1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of The Fire And Rescue Unit Of The State Fire Service No. 3 In Olsztyn At Ul. Witosa - Stage Iii In The Scope Included In Annex No. 6 In Accordance With The Approved Construction Design, Technical Designs For The Sanitary, Electrical, Construction And Land Development Sectors, Bills Of Quantities, In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And In The Design Documentation, Attached To This Procedure In An Electronic Version (Pdf) (See Annex No. 6 To The Swz), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz. 2. Note: The Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities For The Following Sectors: Construction, Electrical And Sanitary, Attached To This Swz.3. For The Above Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires A 5-Year Warranty Period, And For The Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty. In Addition, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain The Warranty For Partially Completed Networks And Telecommunications Installations Performed By The Contractor Of Stage Ii, In Connection With The Completion Of These Installations In Stage Iii.4. During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Allow Another Contractor To Enter The Finished Rooms Of The Building, Whose Task Will Be To Design, Manufacture And Install Furniture In The Finished Rooms. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To The Swz, 2) Design Documentation, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bills Of Quantities, Construction Permit And The Description Of The Scope Of Work, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.6. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of: Design Documentation, Swz Together With Annexes, Questions And Answers Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, As Well As Applicable Detailed Regulations And Construction Practice. If The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Swz Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, As Well As Standards, Technical Approvals And Reference Systems, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites.
