1. The Subject Of The Order Are Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Entrance Stairs And The Driveway For People With Disabilities, Along With The Construction Of A Roof For The Building Of The Spzoz Medical Clinic In Starogard Gdański. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Reconstruction Of External Stairs And Adaptation To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, 3) Reconstruction Of The Driveway For People With Disabilities, 4) Warning And Tactile Elements For People With Visual Disabilities, 5) Completing The Floor With Concrete Blocks, 6) Construction Of A Roof Over The Stairs And The Driveway For People With Disabilities. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By This Order Is Specified In The Attached Design Documentation, Including: Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design), Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 4. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In A Way That Minimizes Inconvenience To Patients And Clinic Staff And In Such A Way As To Enable Permanent Access To The Clinic Building Via The Main Entrance.
