Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions And Method Of Implementation: 1) The Scope Of The Lighting Service Includes The Provision Of Lighting Services For Public Places, Streets, Squares, Bridges And Roads In The City Of Rydułtowy For Street Lighting Owned By The City Of Rydułtowy, Along With The Operation Of Active Pedestrian Crossings. The Service Also Includes Electrical Tests.2) The Order Covers 431 Light Points, Including: A) 61 Light Points In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Opz;B) 370 Light Points In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Opz, Equipped With Led Fixtures Under Warranty Until January 8, 2032;3) For The Light Points Listed In Annex No. 1, The Service Referred To In Section 1 Includes In Particular: A) Ongoing Maintenance Of Street Lighting In The City Of Rydułtowy, B) Keeping Light Points Lit In An Amount Not Less Than 95% Of The Total, C) Replacement Of Damaged Light Sources And Fixtures, D) Replacement Of Damaged Security Elements, All Other Elements Of Overhead And Cable Network Lighting Equipment, And Control Systems At Pedestrian Crossings, Without Replacing Batteries, E) Replacement Of Damaged Doors, Fuse Plates, Replenishing Clamps And Other Elements Poles,F) Ongoing Repairs Of Street Lighting Cabinets,G) Locating Cable Damage, Repairing Damaged Overhead And Earth Cables And Wires,H) Setting The Lighting Control Devices,I) Washing Street Lamp Shades When Replacing Light Sources,J) Washing Park Lighting Lamp Shades At Least Once A Year,K) Cutting Down Branches That Collide With Street Lighting Fixtures,L) Disposal Of Used Light Sources And Other Dismantled Elements Of The Lighting Network Street, M) Inspection Checks Carried Out In Accordance With Working Arrangements, N) Restoration Of The Area (Sidewalks, Roadways, Greenery) To Its Original Condition After Completion Of Operational Works, O) Protection Of Infrastructure In The Event Of Damage Resulting From Random Events. 4) For The Light Points Listed In Annex No. 2, The Service Referred To In Section 1 Includes In Particular: A) Current Repairs Of Street Lighting Cabinets; B) Replacement Of Damaged Doors, Fuse Plates, Replenishment Of Clamps And Other Elements Of Poles, C) Location Of Cable Damage, Repair Of Damaged Overhead And Earth Cables And Wires, D) Adjustment Of Lighting Control Devices, E) Cutting Of Branches Colliding With Street Lighting Fixtures, F) Disposal Of Dismantled Elements Of The Street Lighting Network, Except Fixtures, G) Inspections Inspections Carried Out In Accordance With Working Arrangements, H) Restoring The Area (Sidewalks, Roadways, Greenery) To Its Original Condition After Completion Of Operational Works, I) Securing Infrastructure In The Event Of Damage Resulting From Random Events
