The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Expansion Of The Bosflow Electronic Document Circulation System Owned By The Ordering Party By Supplying The Necessary Licenses, Implementing New Functional Modules And Integrating The System With The Electronic Medical Records (Edm) Module Of The Ordering Partys His System. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Digitize And Automate The Process Of Handling Applications For Access To Medical Records, Regardless Of The Form Of Submitting The Application (Electronic Or Paper) And The Method Of Making The Documentation Available. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Expansion Of The System Bosflow For A Dedicated Register And Circulation Of Applications For Medical Documentation, • Delivery Of Licenses Enabling The Implementation Of New System Functionalities, • Implementation Of A Form Creator And Process Modeler, • Integration Of The Seod System With The Edm Module Of The Ordering Partys His System, • Configuration, Parameterization And Tests Of The Implemented Solution, • Training For Administrators And System Users, • Provision Of Warranty Services And Technical Support For A Period Of 36 Months From The Final Acceptance Of The System.
