1) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Summer Maintenance Of District Roads In The City Of Dęblin, Including: - Ongoing Cleaning Of The Road Lane From Dirt Left By Road Users, Along With The Removal Of Collected Waste To A Municipal Waste Landfill (Apply To The Entire Width Of The Road Lane On The Left And Right Sides); - Mowing Of Roadsides And Lawns, Depending On The Needs, Along With Cleaning Up Mown Grass And Weeds - In May, June And July, At Least Two Mowings Per Month (Apply To The Entire Width Of The Road On The Left And Right Side); - Weeding Of The Roundabout On The Road Of District Road No. 1438L - Dęblin Ul. Stawska At Least Once A Month; - Cutting Out Regrowth Of Roadside Trees (Apply To The Entire Width Of The Road Lane On The Left And Right); - Trimming Bushes Obscuring The Visibility Of Road Signs; - Manual And Mechanical Removal Of Unwanted Plants And All Impurities Across The Entire Width Of The Paved Surface Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths, Including Cleaning Sidewalk Edges. The Task Also Includes Twice Spraying With A Chemical Herbicide In Order To Stop The Life Processes Of Undesirable Plants. This Treatment Should Be Performed 7 Days Before Removing Plants And Dirt And 10 Days After Completing These Works. Specialized Equipment Should Be Used To Apply The Products - Sprayers With Nozzle Covers. As Part Of The Subsidy Received, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Herbicides To Perform The Task. The Type Of Herbicide Must Be Presented To The District Roads Authority In Ryki For Approval Before Its Use. To Selectively Or Completely Inhibit The Development Or Destruction Of Weeds, Herbicides Currently Available On The Market Should Be Used, Corresponding To Polish Standards And Technical Approvals Issued By Authorized Entities. Weed Removal Procedures Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Guidelines Specified In Legal Regulations, Among Others: Act Of March 8, 2013 On Plant Protection Products (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 630, As Amended). Services Related To Spraying Can Only Be Performed By A Person With Valid, Appropriate Authorizations Provided For In Applicable Law - Valid Authorizations For The Use Of Plant Protection Products Using Sprayers. B) Street Sweeping In The City Of Dęblin: Street Sweeping In The City Of Dęblin Includes Mechanical Sweeping Of Road Surfaces Four Times A Year (Also Includes Curbs At Islands) In Periods Before: - May 1, 2026 R. - 04/06/2026 - 15/08/2026 - 01/11/2026 2) The Total Length Of District Roads In The City Of Dęblin, Covered By The Scope Of Summer Maintenance, Is 24,570 Km. 3) A Detailed List Of District Roads Running Through The City, A List Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths That Are The Subject Of The Agreement Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. 4) A Detailed List The Scope Of Summer Maintenance Of District Roads, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths As Well As Street Sweeping Is Provided In Annex No. 2 To The Contract.5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Ord
