Tenders are invited for Catering and Bar Services at Mubas for the 2026/2027 Academic Year. To reach the IPDC Secretary not later than 17 April, 2026 The Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences is aparastatal created by an Act of Parliament through Act No 19/2019. The University holds meetings, conferences and workshops which requires servicing of such meetings atings with refre refreshments and meals. In public institutions, it is a requirement that outsourced services be sourced through competitive bidding. This float of advert aims at prequalify catering service providers for the provision of refreshments and meals. MUBAS therefore, is inviting bids from catering service providers who are interested to serve MUBAS meetings, conferences and workshops particularly those where bills shallbe paid by the University. When pricing, bidders should take note that MUBAS bears most of the overheads costs covering utilities (electricity and water), rentals and furniture is also provided. This is done with the view that bidders will modify cost of meals below that which are offered in the surrounding market.
