JDPI Maiduguri operates in Northern Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe states cohesion, and peace building. JDPI Maiduguri invites reputable contractors/firms/companies with proven records of accomplishment to express interest in the following under-listed projects. 3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents: i. Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including a Certified true copy of form CAC7 and CAC2.1 or CAC1.1. A business name is also acceptable for lot 2. ii. Copy of the Companys Income Tax Clearance valid till 31st December 2026, with a minimum average annual turnover of N20 Million iii. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate iv. Evidence of Registration with COREN and NSE v. Status Report from CAC vi. Valid Means of Identification (e.g. NIN, Drivers License or International Passport) vii. Evidence of Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) certificate viii. Documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs successfully executed/ongoing within the last two (2) years including Letters of Award, Valuation/Job completion certificate, etc.) ix. Company Profile with the signed Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project. x. Memorandum and Article of Association xi. All documents for submission must be a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firms Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed and stamped by the authorized officer of the firm. 4.
