The City Of Kemis Spatial Service Is Asking For Your Offer Based On Time Billing And Ceiling Price For The Construction Tasks Of The Project Mentioned In The Title, From The Beginning Of Construction Design To The End Of The Warranty Period (Hjr18 Project Phases C-K). Hjr 18 Project Phase B Project Planning Is In Decision-Making Process. The City Council Approved The Project Plan Kv 9.3.2026 §14 With The Following Changes: We Will Give Up The Outdoor Pool And Expand The Auditorium Of The Swimming Hall By A Row Of Benches. The Decision Will Enter Into Force At The End Of April 2026. This Tender Is Conditional: If The Councils Approval Decision Does Not Have The Force Of Law, The Construction Task Will Not Be Carried Out. The General Scope, Content And Schedule Of The Project As Well As The Necessary Construction Tasks Are Presented In The Tender Documents Attached To The Tender. The Ceiling Price Is Binding On The Provider, And The Consultant Chosen For The Purchase Is Responsible For Any Costs That May Exceed The Ceiling Price. A Separate Underpayment Fee Is Not Paid To The Consultant For Costs Below The Ceiling Price. The Customer Only Pays The Project For The Costs Arising From The Performance Of The Tasks In Accordance With The Contract. The Customer Only Pays For The Completed Work. The Quantities Presented In The Tender Documents Are Not Binding On The Customer, The Customer Has No Obligation To Purchase In Quantity. Construction Tasks The Project Manager Acts As A Contact Person For All Questions Related To Construction Tasks And Is Responsible For The Execution Of Construction Tasks Comprehensively. The Project Managers Workload Must Be At Least 70% Of The Total Workload Of The Construction Tasks. The Deputy Project Manager Is Responsible For The Project Managers Duties During Possible Temporary Absences Of The Project Manager And Takes Over The Project Managers Position If The Named Project Manager, For Acceptable Reasons, Is Prevented From Continuing In The Project Managers Duties. The Deputy Must Constantly Maintain A Moderate Situational Picture Of The Progress Of The Project. The Construction Engineer Is Responsible For The Construction Tasks Assisting The Project Manager. The Project Manager Is Responsible For Organizing The Tasks Of The Construction Engineer. Special Tasks The Cost Expert Is Responsible For Preparing The Projects Cost Goals And Costing The Various Project Phases, Commenting On Design Solutions And Cost Reporting, In Support Of The Project Managers Planning Guidance. The Client Requires Cost Control In The Project To Be Continuous And Proactive. The Minimum Tasks Presented Above Are Not The Total Content Of The Tasks.
