The Municipality Wants To Select And Then Contract A Market Party That Will Develop The Land Belonging To The Municipality In Accordance With The Municipal Objective. A Development Agreement, Including A Development Period, Will Be Concluded With This Market Party. After Successful Development, The Land Will Be Issued To The Contractor On A Temporary Lease (25 Years) At Market Conditions. In Principle, The Municipality Will Award The Land That Is Environmentally Suitable For The Intended Function To The Contractor.
