Sports Facilities Operation Services – Public Service Concession For The Management Of The Community Aquatic Center Located In Lagny Sur Marne. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Award A Public Service Concession Contract Relating To The Management, Operation, Upkeep, Maintenance And Renewal Of The Intercommunal Aquatic Center Located In Lagny-Sur-Marne. The Equipment Covered By The Concession Includes: - A 25 Meter Sports Pool - A Fun Pool And A Learning Pool - A Paddling Pool With Water Games - A Counter-Current River Connecting The Fun Pool And The Outdoor Pool - A 20 M Diving Pit On The Basis Of The Total Turnover Excluding Tax, During The Duration Of The Contract, The Overall Forecast Value Of The Concession Is Estimated At 3,600,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For 2 Years. The Contract Takes Effect On The Day Of Its Notification. The Duration Of The Contract Includes A So-Called “Transition” Period Of At Least Two Months. The Operating Period Will Run From January 1, 2027 At Midnight (0:00 A.M.) To December 31, 2028 At Midnight (0:00 A.M.)
