Currently, The City Of Ghimbav Does Not Have A Specialized And Technically Adequate Space For Holding Outdoor Cultural Events. The Occasionally Organized Activities Are Carried Out Under Minimal Conditions In Terms Of Logistics, Technical And Support Equipment, Which Affects The Quality Of The Cultural Act, The Safety Of The Participants, As Well As The General Image Of The Locality In Relation To The Standards Promoted At The Regional And European Level. The Need To Develop Such An Infrastructure Is Supported By The Relevant Policies And Strategies At The National And Local Level, Such As: The National Strategy For Culture And Heritage, The Programmatic Documents On Sustainable Urban Development, The General Urban Plan Of The City Of Ghimbav, As Well As The Objectives Assumed By The Local Socio-Economic Development Strategies. Also, The Legislative Framework In Force — Namely The Legislation On Local Public Administration, The Regulations In The Field Of Culture, Public Safety And The Organization Of Events — Imposes Clear Standards Regarding The Arrangement, Equipment And Operation Of Public Spaces Intended For Activities With The Public. Data About The Location Description Of The Location Of The Investment Objective The Location On Which The Investment Will Be Made Is Identified By The Inner-City Land, Located In The City Of Ghimbav, Having The Following No. Cadastral: - 103148 With An Area Of ​​24323 Sqm; - 106344 With An Area Of ​​9712 Sqm; - 108856 With An Area Of ​​20945 Sqm; - 108858 With An Area Of ​​15385 Sqm; - 103981 With An Area Of ​​592 Sqm; The Lands Identified By Cf 108858, 103148, Respectively 108856 Are Owned By The Beneficiary, And The Land On Cf 106344, Respectively 103981 Is A Private Land That Is To Be Expropriated To The City Of Ghimbav Based On Art. 5 Of Law 255/2010.
