1 The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Entitled: Revitalization Of The Section Of Embankments On The Elbląg Canal On The Kąty Slipway, Pasłęk Commune - Repair Of The Embankment At The Circulation Ditch On The Kąty Slipway. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of The Order Execution Are Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Appendix No. 1 To Swz. - Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Appendix No. 7 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate This Procedure Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Funds He Intended To Allocate For The Implementation Of The Order Are Not Granted To Him In Whole Or In Part. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Invalidate The Proceedings With The Above-Mentioned. Premises At Each Stage. The Ordering Party Retains The Right To Cancel The Proceedings With The Above-Mentioned. Conditions Both When He Receives Clear Information That He Has Not Been Granted Funds For The Execution Of The Order, And In The Event Of A Delay In Obtaining Them In Relation To The Assumed Deadline For Completing The Task, If The Lack Of Funds On Time Makes It Impossible To Complete The Order. The Contractor Does Not Have The Right To Request The Ordering Party To Take Actions Aimed At Obtaining Funds For The Implementation Of The Order If They Are Not Granted To Him From The Assumed Source. In The Event Of Invalidation Of The Proceedings Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, Contractors Are Not Entitled To A Claim For Reimbursement Of Any Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings, Including In Particular Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Carrying Out An On-Site Visit, Costs Of Calculation And Preparation Of The Offer, And Which - By Participating In The Proceedings On The Terms Specified In This Documentation - The Contractors Accept Without Reservations.
