The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Reasons For Not Making The Division Are: The Inability To Effectively Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Would Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Works, Excessive Technical Difficulties Resulting From The Specific Nature Of The Work Being Carried Out, And Increased Investment Costs. The Lack Of Such A Division Also Regulates Performance And Warranty Liability. The Introduction Of A Larger Number Of Potential Contractors Will Disturb The Implementation Of The Construction And Investment Process, Increase The Investment Cost And Make It Impossible For One Contractor To Take Responsibility For The Entire Facility. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Public Utility Building - A Childrens Club Together With Accompanying Infrastructure And Partial Development Of The Area Of Plot No. 89, Lutry District, Kolno Municipality. The Building Was Designed As A Single-Story Building, Without A Basement, Covered With A Gable Roof. The Facility Has A Rectangular Projection With Dimensions Of 18.85 M × 10.54 M, With An Undercut In The Main Entrance Area, Which Serves As A Roof For The Entrance Area. The Main Entrance Is Located On The Southern Facade, Which Ensures A Clear Composition Of The Front Of The Building And Proper Connection With The Designed Communication System And The Entrance Zone. Design Solutions Ensure Appropriate Exposure Of The Building From The Public Space. The Building Uses Traditional Brick Technology. The Supporting Structure Consists Of Masonry Walls Made Of Silicate Blocks On A Thin-Layer System Mortar, With Additional Reinforced Concrete And Steel Structural Elements (Including Pins, Beams, Lintels, Beams). A Prefabricated Roof Truss Connected With Spiked Plates Was Supported On The Load-Bearing Walls. The Foundation Of The Building Was Designed On Reinforced Concrete Foundation Strips.
