1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Expansion Of A Municipal Road - Ul. Starowiejska In Wołomin, As Part Of The Municipal Investment Project Entitled Construction Of Starowiejska Street In Wołomin.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Municipal Road No. 431814W - Ul. Starowiejska In Wołomin On The Section From Plot No. 147/4, District 0027 Wołomin To District Road No. 4358W - Ul. Fieldorfa (Without The Intersection), The City Of Wołomin, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Employer A Decision Authorizing The Use Of The Road, Will Perform: 1) Preparatory Works Based On The Agreed And Current Temporary Traffic Organization Project, 2) Other Preparatory Works And Demolition Works, 3) Earthworks, 4) Road, 5) Sidewalks, 6) Exits, 7) Parking Bays, 8) Reconstruction Of Fences, 9) Will Introduce Temporary And Permanent Organization,10) Green Area Including Preservation And Care Of Existing Trees And Other Greenery,11) Drainage (Rainwater Sewerage) Including Dismantling Works,12) Reconstruction Of The Gas Pipeline Including Reconstruction Of The Gas Connection,13) Reconstruction Of The Low Voltage Network Including Dismantling Works,14) Road Lighting Including Dismantling Works,10) Will Connect The Designed Road Infrastructure With The Existing Road Infrastructure Ul. Fieldorf,11) New Horizontal And Vertical Markings According To The Current And Approved Permanent Traffic Organization Design,12) Will Prepare As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies And Transfer To The Ordering Party, As Part Of The Remuneration Received, The Proprietary Copyrights And The Rights To Exercise Derivative Rights Without Time And Territorial Limits To The As-Built Documentation And Other Works Created In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Necessary To Complete The Works And Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility. Upon Signing The Final Protocol, The Ordering Party Transfers The Proprietary Copyrights And The Right To Authorize The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights To The Documentation Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To All Fields Of Exploitation Listed In Art. 50 Of The Act Of February 4, 1994. On Copyright And Related Rights Without The Obligation To Pay Additional Remuneration, And In Particular To Use It In Whole Or In Part For The Implementation Of An Investment, Recording, Dissemination - Making It Public In Such A Way That Everyone Can Have Access To It At A Place And Time Chosen By Them, Multiplying It By Any Possible Technique, In Particular By Printing, Making Copies Using Magnetic And Digital Media, Computer Techniques, Placing On The Market, Commissioning The Exercise Of Dependent Copyrights By Other Entities, Entering Into Computer Memory.
