1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery, Transport And Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Of The Products That Are The Subject Of The Order For The Needs Of The University Of Economics In Katowice. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Modules (Where A Module Means A Part). This Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers In Accordance With The Table Below. The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts For Which A Contractor May Submit An Offer, Nor Does It Indicate The Maximum Number Of Parts For Which The Contract May Be Awarded To The Same Contractor.2.1. Module I The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of Cleaning Products, I.E. Toilet Paper, Paper Towels And Paper Napkins. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Its Quantity And Assortment Within Individual Modules Are Included In Form No. 3A To The Swz, In Which The Ordering Party Included Important Technical And Operational Parameters And Other Required Properties For The Ordered Products.4. The Quantities Of Products Provided By The Ordering Party In Form No. 3A To The Swz Are Only For The Evaluation And Comparison Of Offers And Are Based On Estimated Quantities. The Actual Quantities Of Products Will Result From The Current, Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.5. The Subject Of The Order Offered Under Module I Must Include A Valuation And Description Of All Products Specified In Form No. 3A To The Swz. In The Absence Of A Description Of The Offered Product Or A Valuation Of Any Of The Items Within A Given Module, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Contractors Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law, As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Be Of First Quality And Should Meet All The Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular In Form No. 3A To The Swz, And:6.1. Was Brand New And Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Third Party Claims, 6.2. Was Approved For Use And Trade On The Polish Market, In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Regulations And Standards, 6.3. Had Intact Features Of The Manufacturers Original Packaging And Was Marked By The Manufacturer, 6.4. It Should Also Have Understandable Instructions For Use. 7. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Vat Invoice. The Description Of The Warranty Conditions Is Included In Form No. 5 To Swz.8. During Implementation, The Ordering Party May Request The Presentation Of A Declaration Of Conformity, Safety Data Sheets And Certificates Confirming The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor With The Parameters And Requirements Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particul
