1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Of A Multi-Functional Sports Hall With Separate Dual-Use Shelters For People, Located At The School Complex. T. Kościuszko In Żarki At Ul. Myszkowska 50, 42-310 Żarki. The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Administrative Decisions Required By Law. The Planned Investment Includes The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Sports Hall With Playing Field Dimensions Of Approximately 19 M X 36 M, Intended For Sports Activities, Physical Education And The Organization Of Sports And Recreational Events. An Integral Element Of The Investment Is The Construction Of Separate Shelter Places For The Public, Located On The Underground Floor, In A Way That Allows Them To Be Used In Emergency Situations As A Place Of Hiding Or A Place Of Temporary Shelter, In Accordance With Current Guidelines Regarding Civil Protection And Civil Defense.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1.1.1. Preparation Of Design Documentationthe Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop Complete Design Documentation, Including In Particular: 1) A Construction Design That Meets The Requirements Of Art. 34 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) Covering The Following Industries: A) Architecture, B) Construction And Construction, C) Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices, D) Installation In The Field Of Heating, Ventilation And Gas Networks, Installations And Devices, Water Supply And Sewage Systems,2) Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate,3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,4) Bioz Information;5) Other Materials Required To Apply For The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Derogations And Decisions At The Stage Of Preparation Of Design Documentation;6) Design And Construct Separate Places Of Shelter For People, Constituting An Element Of The Civil Protection Infrastructure. These Rooms Should Be Located In The Underground Part And Designed In A Way That Allows Them To Be Used As Emergency Places Shelter. These Rooms Should Meet Functional Requirements Enabling The Temporary Stay Of People In Emergency Situations. The Design Documentation Should Include Solutions Enabling The Facility To Function Both As A Sports Hall And As A Protective Infrastructure. The Adopted Design Solutions For Separate Shelter Places For The Public Must Be Consistent With The Legal Provisions In Force On The Day Of Preparation Of The Design Documentation, Guidelines And Requirements Of The Competent Authorities And Institutions Responsible For Population Protection And Civil Defense.1.2. The Designed Facility Should Meet The Requirements Of The Construction Law, Regulations On Fire Safety, Regulations On Accessibility For People With Special Needs, Regulations On Sports Facilities, And Guidelines On Civil Protection And Civil Defense Infrastructure.1.3.
