1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Extension Of Provincial Road No. 272 ​​On The Section From The Roundabout In Sulnów To The Administrative Border With The Jeżewo Commune At Km 6+602 Of The Provincial Road. 2. The Investment Does Not Include Any Interference With The Provincial Road.3. The Project Will Include, Among Others: On:• Construction Of A Bicycle Path;• Reconstruction And Construction Of Exits;• Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads;• Cutting Down Trees And Bushes;• Moving And Dismantling Fences;• Construction Of Lawns;• Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings;• Construction Of Devices For Road Safety In The Road, Consisting In The Construction Of Lighting For Bicycle Crossings.4. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: • Provide Surveying Services During Earthworks (Including Geodetic Marking And As-Built Inventory And The Need (If Any) To Relocate The Concrete Road Markings, The So-Called Witnesses); • Prepare A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Introduce And Maintain Temporary Construction Markings In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Prepared And Approved By The Contractor; • Ensure Ornithological Supervision During Tree Felling;• Preparation Of Photographic Documentation (Before Entering The Works) Of The Condition Of The Existing Facilities And The Area Covered By The Investment, Plots Indicated In The Zrid Decision As A Necessary Area On Which Construction Works Should Be Performed;• Drainage And Strengthening Of Excavations For The Duration Of The Works According To The Contractors Solutions And To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; The Method Of Strengthening And Draining The Excavations, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop On His Own And Agree With The Investors Supervision;• Obtain A Decision On The Use Permit Or Make An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, And Then Submit To The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Use Permit Or A Document Confirming The Lack Of Objection By The Competent Authority In The Statutory Deadline. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Provide The Contractor With Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Necessary To Carry Out The Above Activities Or To Sign The Application Prepared By The Contractor;• The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Prepare An Acceptance Report For The Work Performed Related To The Relocation Of The Fence. The Report Should Be Signed By The Contractor And The Owner Of The Fence And Submitted To The Ordering Party As Confirmation Of The Proper Performance Of The Works; • Due To The Planned Implementation Of A Fiber Optic Network In The Investment Area, The Contractor Will Be Obliged - Despite The Construction Site Being Handed Over To Him - To Provide Access To The Construction Site To Another Contractor Carrying Out Works Relate
