The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Access To Various Sports And Recreational Facilities And Services As Part Of The Package Provided By The Contractor For: 1) The Ordering Partys Employees, 2) Accompanying Persons Over 15 Years Of Age, 3) Children Of The Ordering Partys Employees Under 15 Years Of Age, I.E. The Employees Own Children And Children Adopted Or Accepted For Upbringing Within A Foster Family, And The Second Spouses Children Under 15 Years Of Age, Who Will Only Be Entitled To Use Swimming Pools, 4) Children Of The Ordering Partys Employees Up To 15 Years Of Age, I.E. The Employees Own Children And Children Adopted Or Accepted For Upbringing Within A Foster Family And The Second Spouses Children Up To 15 Years Of Age, Who Will Be Entitled To Enter And Use Activities Such As: Swimming Pool, Dance Classes, Martial Arts, Salt Cave, Climbing Wall, Etc.2. Detailed Information Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) With Annexes, Including In Particular The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Ppu.
