The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Organizing A Meeting Summarizing The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Building A System For Coordinating And Monitoring Regional Activities For Vocational Education, Higher Education And Lifelong Learning, Including Adult Learning. As Part Of The Commissioned Service, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Organizing: 1) The Working Part - Renting A Workshop Room For A Maximum Of 35 People For The Purpose Of Organizing A Meeting Of The Provincial Coordination Team (Wzk); 2) The Conference Part - Which Will Consist Of: Renting A Room For Organizing A Conference Summarizing The Project Along With The Stage Needed To Organize Awards Gala, Providing Technical And Organizational Support For The Entire Meeting, Providing Announcer Services, Speaker Services And Purchasing Conference/Office Materials. 3) Catering Service - Under Which The Contractor Will Provide A Coffee And Breakfast Buffet During The Working Part And A Coffee And Breakfast Buffet And Lunch During The Conference Part. The Maximum Number Of Meeting Participants Is 150 People.
