This Contract Is Concluded Under The Suspensive Condition Of Obtaining Definitive And Enforceable Administrative Authorizations Necessary For Carrying Out The Work, And In Particular The Permit Required For The Project Which Is Currently Being Processed. In The Event That Said Permit Is Refused, Or Granted Under Conditions Or Requirements Making The Contract Impossible Or Substantially Different From The Project Put Out To Competition, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Renounce The Contract Or Terminate It Automatically, Without The Successful Bidder Being Able To Claim Any Compensation, Compensation Or Claim From The Successful Bidder. By Responding To This Contract, The Successful Bidder Undertakes To Respect The Educational Character Of The Site By Putting In Place Appropriate Security Measures, In Particular The Securing And Marking Of Work Areas, Access Control, Limitation Of Nuisances And Adaptation Of Schedules In Order To Guarantee The Safety Of Students And Staff And The Proper Functioning Of The School.
