The Contract Comprises The Works Required For The Construction Of The Viikinkätten Renovation Project To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents, In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Related Work And Purchases Fully Completed. The Developer Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Contract Is Divided Into The Following Intermediate Goals: Intermediate Goal 1: Installation Platforms For Gym Equipment, Artificial Turf Installation Platform, Structures Bordering The Artificial Turf And Elastic Coatings Of The Running Tracks Approved And Partially Received By 15 August 2026. The Exact Installation Schedule For Gym Equipment And Artificial Turf Will Be Coordinated With Subordinate Subcontractors In Connection With The Last Planner Schedule Plan. Intermediate Goal 2: Green Works Received On 15 October 2026. The Project Includes A Significant Amount Of Green Work, Which Must Be Planted Early Enough And Take Root Before The Conditions Change To Winter. The Work In Accordance With The Contract Documents Must Be Ready And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspecting Institutions Must Be Approved By October 31, 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Works As Intended By Yse And The Legislation As A Main Contractor Acting As A Main Contractor. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Site Management Duties And Site Services, Which Also Apply To The Separate Contracts Of Section 1.8 Of The Contract Program And The Separate Procurements Of The Developer In Section 3.4. The Contract Requires Compliance With The Employment Conditions According To The Appendix Employment Conditions Bidding Document. The Work Is Performed As A Total Price Contract. The Amounts Are Not Binding On The Customer. The Contractor Will Be Chosen As The Contractor With The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Subcontractor/Subcontractor Of The Contractor In The Customers Contractual Relationship Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Written Consent Of The Customer/Builder Must Be Obtained.
