Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S Hereby Offers A Framework Agreement Regarding The Emptying And Flushing Of Tanks, Buildings, Lines And Wells, Emptying And Flushing Of Miscellaneous As Well As Transport And Disposal Of Collected Material. The Task Is Offered As One Comprehensive Framework Agreement That Includes Both Sludge Suction And Flushing. Further Information On The Content Of The Tender Can Be Read In The Complete Tender Material, Which Has Been Published Via The Tender Portal Mercell. The Tendered Framework Agreement Is Assumed To Be Concluded With One Tenderer. The Expected Annual Quantity For The Present Tender Is Shown In Appendix 1 - List Of Tenders For Sludge Suction And Sewage Flushing. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Future Supplier Must Expect A Scope Of Services Distributed As Follows: Planned Tasks: 400 Hours Semi-Urgent Tasks: 200 Hours Urgent Tasks: 100 Hours It Is Pointed Out That This Is Only An Estimate, Which Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party. The Client Estimates That Approx. 50% Of The Urgent Tasks Will Be Outside Normal Working Hours, I.E. In The Time Period At 18.00-07.00 On Weekdays And All Of Saturday And Sunday. The Client Considers That Tractor Washers Are Not Used, Which Is Why This Is Not Included In The Service Description.
