Road Transport Services – Transport On The Municipal Transport Network In The Kobierzyce Commune As Part Of Public Collective Transport On Line 871. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.1. Provision Of Public Collective Bus Transport (Two Buses) On Line 871, Including The Performance Of Tasks Described In Detail In The Template Agreement And Annexes To The Template Agreement. 1.2. Providing Services In The Field Of Transport Of People And Hand Luggage In Public Bus Transport Organized By The Kobierzyce Commune In The Kobierzyce Commune, On Communication Line 871, On Working Days, In Accordance With The Rules Described In § 2 Of The Template Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Transport Services; Transport Services Are Defined By: A) Characteristics Of Transport Services, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Template Agreement, Containing Current Data Regarding, Among Others, Communication Lines (Including The Volume Of Transport Work And Timetable), Types And Prices Of Tickets, As Well As Other Information Important For The Proper Implementation Of Transport Services, B) Technical Parameters And Equipment Of Buses Intended To Provide Transport Services, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Template Agreement, C) Requirements For The Quality Of Transport Services, Principles Of Quality Control Of These Services And Rules For Calculating Contractual Penalties For Poor Quality, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Template Agreement, 1.3. Sale Of Single-Use Tickets And Inspection Of Documents For The Transport Of Persons Or Luggage, To The Extent Described In § 3 Of The Agreement Template. The Proceeds From The Sale Of Tickets Referred To In The Transport Law Are Due To The Ordering Party. Publishing Information For Passengers, To The Extent Described In § 4 Of The Template Agreement. 1.5. Providing The Ordering Party At Its Registered Office On A Computer Indicated By The Ordering Party With Computer Software Together With A License For This Software, Necessary For Proper Supervision Of The Order Execution In The Form Of An Automatic Punctuality Control System, Ongoing Filling Of Databases Of This Software And Providing The Ordering Party With Current Data And Statistical Summaries. The Rules For Granting A License May Not Violate The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights.
