Construction Work – Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Railway Station Into A Public Building (With Exhibition, Museum And Scientific Functions And Accompanying Functions). The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment In The Form Of Preparation Of Design Documentation And Its Implementation Under The Contract With The Ordering Party. Investment Implementation Is Understood As The Performance Of All Necessary Works, Starting From Design Work, Approval Of Design Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Or Reporting Of Construction And Installation Works Indicated In The Design And Finishing Works Necessary To Adapt Existing Premises To Applicable Regulations. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Railway Station Into A Public Utility Building (With An Exhibition, Museum And Scientific Function And Accompanying Functions, I.E. Local Government Administration, Office, Catering, Commercial, Laboratory And Experimental, Cultural And Educational), Demolition Of The Modern Connector, Partial Demolition Along With The Reconstruction Of The External Ramp Along With Land Development And Technical Infrastructure Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment). The Investment Is Located On The Premises Of The Railway Station (Owned By The State Treasury, In Perpetual Usufruct Of The Ordering Party - The Commune And City Of Nowe Skalmierzyce), The Square In Front Of The Station (Use: Road - Ul. Kolejowa, Plot No. 220/2, Owned By The Ordering Party - The Commune And City Of Nowe Skalmierzyce). The Designed Photovoltaic Installation Will Be Located On The Plot 301702_4.0001.187/16, Owned By The Ordering Party. It Is Allowed To Install A Photovoltaic Installation On The Flat Roof Of The Station From The Side Of Plot 187/1, Provided That The Consent Of The Conservator Of Monuments Is Obtained And With The Consent Of The Ordering Party. The Location Area Is Flat, Built-Up With The Station Building Covered By The Study, The Access Road And The Square In Front Of The Station And The Adjacent Closed (Railway) Area - The Station Platform And Industrial Buildings On Adjacent Plots. The Area Is Partially Paved, Partially Used As A Parking Lot. The Aim Of The Revitalization Is To Give The Station Building New Educational, Cultural And Social Functions (With Particular Emphasis On Supporting Groups At Risk Of Social Exclusion, Including The Elderly And Disabled People) And Administrative Functions, And To Create A Space For Intergenerational Integration. The Ordering Party Requires The Development Of Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With Technical And Construction Regulations And The Assumptions Of The Revitalization Project And The Guidelines Agreed By The Conservator Of Monuments. The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract By The Contractor Will Be Carried Out In Separate Stages, In Accordance With The Arrangement Specified Below: 1) Stage I - Designing The Reconstruction And Changing The Method Of Use Of The Building - Includes Design Work, Development Of Documentation Necessary For The Contractor To Obtain A Final Decision On A Building Permit Together With Obtaining This Decision, With The Participation Of Persons
