Quotation are invited for Construction of Section A: SMBZ Road Pumping Station - 60 MIGD (PS32) and Section B: Hassyan Pumping Station - 36 MIGD (PS31) including All Electro-Mechanical Works and SCADA Works. The Tender Documents are available online through DEWA website http://www.dewa.gov.ae in the Public Area Folder of corresponding Tender (RFX) in DEWA Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) through the link https://srm.dewa.gov.ae/irj/ portal/anonymous or under the link https://www.dewa.gov.ae/en/supplier/services/list-of-tender-documents, payable by locally issued credit or debit cards and alternatively with online Bank Transfer from listed Banks or through other agencies like Etisalat, on payment of Dhs.5,250/- (Dirhams five thousand two hundred fifty only, including VAT), which is non-refundable in all cases. Tenders must be valid for acceptance for 120 days from the closing date of the Tender. Tenders are also required to submit a Tender Bond of not less than a fixed value of Dhs. 8,600,000.00 (Dirhams Eight million six hundred thousand only), in case the Tenders quotes for the complete scope of the Tender or the aggregate of Tender Bond values specified by DEWA in the Tender document for each quoted Sections, in case the Tenderer quotes for particular Sections only, strictly in the format specified in the Tender Document to DEWA nominated Bank M/s. Emirates NBD Bank, Main Branch, PO Box 2923, Dubai, in the form of an authenticated Swift message from their Bank in Dubai, in prescribed format, three Bank working days prior to the Tender Submission date and time. The Tender Bond in the form of a swift message shall be verbatim in the format provided in the Tender document and shall be valid for 150 calendar days following the last date fixed for receipt of Tender. In addition to Online Submission of price in DEWA system and online submission of Tender Bond to ENBD Bank, scanned copy of the Tender Bond Swift Message duly signed and stamped by the issuing Bank and that of the completed tender document with signed and stamped Form of Tender along with other relevant documents have to be uploaded in the Vendors code earmarked private Folder in DEWA SRM system. The closing date for receipt of completed Tender online is 11.00 Hrs. of Thursday, 7th May, 2026.
