The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Aimed At Reconstruction, Renovation And Adaptation Of The Facility To Fire Protection Conditions, The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Modernization Of The Office Part Of The Building Along With Internal, Sanitary, Electrical And Computer Cabling Installations; 2) Adaptation Of The Building To Fire Protection Regulations, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Including Installation Of A Fire Alarm System, Emergency Lighting, Main Current Switch, Adaptation Of Electrical Switchboards And Facade Works; 3) Renovation Of The Ramp And Stairs; 4) Replacement Of The Central Heating Boiler; 5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 6) Granting A Warranty For The Works Performed. Design Documentation Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Ppu, Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
