1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of A Water Reservoir In Kosewo (Registration No. 111) By: A) Removing Rush Aquatic Vegetation Along With Root Systems; B) Extracting Sediment From The Bottom Of The Reservoir And Detonating And Dewatering Bottom Sediments In Depositors; C) Strengthening Slopes With A Vegetation Fascine; D) Purchasing And Introducing A Natural Preparation For Cleaning Water Reservoirs Based On Microbiological Composites;E) Aeration Of A Water Reservoir Through The Purchase And Installation Of A Fountain;F) Purchase And Installation Of A Control Cabinet Adapted To Connect A Fountain.2) The Order Is Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Masovian Voivodeship In The Scope Of Construction And Renovation Of Water Reservoirs For Small Retention Purposes.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Descriptive Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
