A Flail Mower And A Sweeper; Stage Ii - Delivery Of Equipment For Winter Road Maintenance, I.E. A Sand Spreader And A Snow Plow (Compatible Devices With The Proposed Tractor) The Tractor And Accessories Being The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Third Parties Cannot Have Rights To Them, And Cannot Be The Subject Of Any Proceedings Or Security.
