The Department Of Municipal Infrastructure, The Crisis Management Center Or The Municipal Guard In Dąbrowa Górnicza) From The Area Of ​​Dąbrowa Górnicza Of Homeless Dogs And Cats That Have Escaped, Gone Astray Or Have Been Abandoned By Humans, And It Is Not Possible To Determine Their Owner Or Another Person Under Whose Care They Have Remained Permanently Until Now.2. Delivering Caught Dogs And Cats, Using Your Own Means Of Transport, To A Shelter For Homeless Animals Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 45 Km From The City Limits Of Dąbrowa Górnicza.3. Ensuring Safe And Humane Conditions For Catching And Transporting Animals By: A) Designating At Least Two Built-In Means Of Transport For The Execution Of The Order, With A Non-Slip Floor, An Interior Made Of Plastic That Allows For Keeping The Room Intended For Animal Transport Clean, Ventilated And Heating, And At Least Three Separate, Secured Cages Allowing For The Safe Transport Of Several Animals At The Same Time And Enabling The Animal To Freely Assume A Standing Or Lying Position. B) Using Devices And Means For Catching Stray Dogs And Cats, I.E.: Net, Grabber, Leashes That Do Not Pose A Threat To Life Or Health And Do Not Cause Suffering To Animals.4. Ensuring 24-Hour Service Availability And 24-Hour Telephone Contact, 7 Days A Week.5. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, I.E. The Municipal Infrastructure Department, The Crisis Management Center Or The City Guard In Dąbrowa Górnicza, Transport Dogs And Cats Injured In Street Accidents By Taking Them To A Shelter For Homeless Animals Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 45 Km From The City Limits Of Dąbrowa Górnicza. 6. Transferring Caught Dogs And Cats To Guardians Willing To Accept The Animal For Its Further Maintenance, Upon Written Confirmation Of Receipt By The Person Taking Over. The Written Confirmation Should Include The Name And Surname Of The Person Taking Over, Address, Breed Of The Dog, Date Of Taking Over And The Signature Of The Transferor And The Transferee, And Should Then Be Forwarded To The Ordering Party.7. Carrying Out The Ordering Partys Instructions Related To The Implementation Of The Decisions Of The Mayor Of Dąbrowa Górnicza Issued Pursuant To Art. 7 Of The Act Of 21 August 1997. On The Protection Of Animals (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended) Regarding The Removal Of Animals From Owners In The Cases Specified In Art. 6 Section 2 Above Act.8. Undertake The Reaction In A Specific Place For Up To 1.5 Hours. From The Moment Of Issuing The Order By The Ordering Party, I.E.
