The Offer Must Include All Services Necessary For The Delivery, Provision Of Cloud Services And The Launch Of The Ordering Partys Świteź System Environment, In Particular: 1. Cloud Delivery - Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Aimed At Launching, Configuring And Making Available All Cloud Services, Along With Providing Infrastructure Documentation. The Preparation Must Also Include Mapping The Existing Świteź Application Environment Used By The Ordering Party. The Environment Is Running On Msazure Resources. 2. Launching The Świteź System Owned By The Ordering Party On The Cloud Environment Provided As Part Of The Contract. 3. Provision Of The Cloud Sharing Service 24 Hours/7 Days A Week/365 Days A Year For The Duration Of The Contract. 4. Provision Of Dedicated Technical Support Service. In Particular, Configuration, Reconfiguration And Optimization Of All Technologies Used By The Provided Environment. The Ordering Party Anticipates 120 Man-Hours For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Be Allocated To The Above-Mentioned. Dedicated Technical Assistance.
