Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Sources Of Energy – Pks/Dz/3/2026. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Diesel Oil With The Possibility Of Emergency Distribution To The Ordering Party, A Basic Order In The Amount Of 2,460 M3, Including: Standard Diesel Oil In An Estimated Amount Of 2,400 M3 (Types B, D And F); Diesel Oil With Improved Low-Temperature Properties In The Amount Of 60 M3 (2Nd Class Of Fuel For The Arctic Climate Or Severe Winter Climate). And The Order Executed Under The Option Right To 492 M3. The Order Completion Date Is 24 Months From The Date Of The First Delivery, I.E. From June 1, 2026, With The Possibility Of Extension Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract. The Indicated Amount Of Diesel Fuel Is An Estimate And May Change Depending On Actual Needs. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Order During The Contract Period, But Guarantees The Execution Of The Order At The Level Of At Least 65% Of The Gross Contract Value. The Contractor Guarantees That The Fuel Sold Will Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels And The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Standard Pnen 590:202208 (Fuels For Motor Vehicles - Diesel Oils - Requirements And Test Methods) Or Equivalent. The Contractor Will Provide With Each Delivery A Quality Certificate Of Diesel Oil Issued By An Accredited Laboratory. The Contractor Will Supply Diesel Fuel To The Tank At The Employers Gas Station At Ul. Górecka 104 In Poznań, From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. Within 24 Hours Of Placing The Order. The Contractor Will Deliver Diesel Oil Using Means Of Transport (Tanker Trucks) That Meet The Standards Provided For In Environmental Protection Regulations. The Place Of Delivery Of Diesel Oil Is The Tank At The Gas Station Located At The Ordering Partys Base, Located At Ul. Górecka 104 In Poznań. The Ordering Partys Tank Is Legalized. The Tank Has The Legally Required Features And Legalization Deadlines And Meets The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Liquid Gas Fuel Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location. The Quantity Of Diesel Oil Will Be Measured Using Legalized Measuring Devices That Meet The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of January 22, 2008 On The Requirements To Be Met By Measuring Tanks And The Detailed Scope Of Tests And Checks Performed During The Legal Metrological Control Of These Measuring Devices. Acceptance (Handover) Of The Delivery, In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract, Will Be Carried Out By Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor, Who Will Prepare A Delivery Report Regarding The Activities. The Basis For Issuing A Vat Invoice Will Be The Amount Of Fuel
