Furniture (Incl. Office Furniture), Furnishings, Domestic Appliances (Excl. Lighting) And Cleaning Products – Supply And Maintenance Of Office Furniture. Rdw Wants To Contract A New Supplier Who Will Take Care Of The Supply And Maintenance Of Office Furniture (New And Refurbished) At All Rdw Locations. The Assignment Includes Delivery, Installation And Aftercare Of Circular Workplace Designs For Various Types Of Spaces, Including Office Rooms, Open-Plan Offices, Consultation Rooms And Meeting Spaces. This Assignment/Agreement Relates To The Following: 1. Supply, Assembly, Installation And Ready-To-Use Office Furniture (New Circular, Refurbished And Rental). 2. Management And Maintenance Of The Furniture In The Context Of Extending Its Lifespan. 3. Taking Inventory And Tagging The Furniture. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With An Initial Duration Of Four (4) Years. The Rdw Can Unilaterally Extend The Framework Agreement Six (6) Times - Under The Same Conditions - For A Period Of One (1) Year.
