Hospital Facilities Construction Work - Execution Of Works For The Investment Objective Modernization Of The Operating Block Of The Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital Municipality Of Arad, Str. Andrenyi Karoly, No. 2-4, Arad County.. The Project Will Contribute To The Improvement Of The Health Status Of The Population Of Arad County And The Territory Of Influence, In The Context Of Ensuring A High-Performance Public Medical Infrastructure, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The European Union, And To The Elimination Of Medical Tourism, With Harmful Influences Both Economically And Regarding Life Expectancy. This Project Aims To Contribute To Solving One Of The Most Acute Problems Faced By The Health Field, Namely The Insufficiency Of Units Equipped With Modern Standards To Ensure Access To A Quality Medical Process. The General Objective Of The Project Is To Improve The Quality Of The Medical Infrastructure By Modernizing The Existing Operating Block Within The Hospital. In Order To Ensure The Technical, Functional And Normative Conditions, It Is Necessary To Carry Out Some Extensions Consisting In: • The Construction Of Some Walkways, In Order To Ensure The Specific Medical Circuits; • The Creation Of A Construction With A Mezzanine Level + Ground Floor + 3 Levels, Attached To The Walkway On The 2Nd Floor, At A Distance Of About 2.10 M From The Existing Building (C3 Building), Necessary To Ensure The Technical Support Related To The Operating Block And To Ensure The Evacuation Conditions In Case Of Danger According To The Specific Isu Norms; • The Repartitioning Of Existing Spaces, To Ensure The Functional Spaces And The Minimum Surfaces Imposed By The Specific Rules; • Furnishing With Furniture, Equipment And Specific Equipment; • Equipping With A Computerization And Digitization System. The Operating Block Organized In This Way Will Allow Optimal Operative Management Of Operated Patients Under Maximum Safety Conditions, Optimizing The Use Of Operating Rooms And Activity Time And Ensuring Optimal/Compliant Working Conditions For Surgeons, Anesthetists And Staff Who Work In This Section Of The Hospital.
