A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz, And Annex No. 9 Designed Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Participating In The Execution Of The Contract, Performing Work-Related Activities Assigned To Them On The Part Of The Contractor (Understood In The Manner Specified In Article 22, Paragraph 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code; Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), Were Employed By The Contractor In The Scope Of Work Performed For The Ordering Party Under An Employment Contract. On-Site Visit: The Ordering Party Requires Contractors Applying For The Contract To Participate In An On-Site Visit Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Allows An On-Site Inspection To Be Carried Out On March 18, 2026, March 24, 2026 And April 1, 2026, From 09:00 To 15:00 After Sending A Written Request To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows The Inspection To Be Carried Out Outside The Indicated Days After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party And Within The Limits Of Its Human Resources.
