Construction Work – Wood Construction Work, Break Roofs - Conversion And Renovation Of Heinrich-Pattberg Secondary School. The Realschule-Heinrich-Pattberg In Moers Is A 3.5-Class All-Day School And Is The Only Secondary School In Moers. There Are Seven Individual Buildings Of Different Years Of Construction On The School Grounds. The Two Oldest Buildings Were Built In The Early Twentieth Century For The Former Mountain School As Brick Buildings With A Gable Roof. This Old Building Has Three Floors And Has A Complete Basement; It Contains Classrooms, Administration, Various Storage And Technical Rooms. In The Early 1990S, Two New Teaching Buildings (Buildings I+Ii) Were Added (1 Classroom Wing, 1 Science Wing), Which Are Connected To The Old Building By A T-Shaped Connecting Corridor On The 1St Floor Level. There Is Also A New Multiple Sports Hall With A Forum, An Open Break Hall (Former Bicycle Parking Space) And A 2-Story Pavilion With Additional Classrooms On The Site. The Large Multi-Sports Hall Was Rebuilt In 2003 And Will Not Be Changed. The Class Pavilion And The Break Hall Are To Be Dismantled As Part Of The Overall Project. Based On A Needs Analysis With A Spatial Concept, It Is Intended To Build A New Cafeteria With A Forum And Administration As Well As Renovate And Convert The Existing School Buildings. School Operations Should Be Maintained Throughout The Entire Project. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Provision Of Structural Work For The Break Roofs. The Break Roofs Are Designed According To Statics Drawn Up And Tested On Site.
