Motor Vehicles – Operational Leasing Of Official Motor Vehicles. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Procurement Of New Motor Vehicles Of Categories M1 And N1 In The Form Of Operational Leasing, Including The Provision Of Technical And Assistance Services. A New Motor Vehicle Is Considered To Be A Motor Vehicle That Has Not Been Used In Operation By Another User, The Month Of Manufacture Is No Older Than Six (6) Months As Of The Day Of The Protocol Handing Over Of The Motor Vehicle For Operation To The Contracting Authority, And At The Same Time The Speedometer Reading Is Not More Than Five Hundred (500) Kilometers Driven (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In Chapter B.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents, Annexes To The Tender Documents And In Chapter B.3 Business Conditions Of The Tender Documents.
