Tire Repair Services, Including Fitting And Balancing – Supply And Installation Of Tires, Accessories And Related Services For Heavy Goods Vehicles, Agricultural Equipment And Public Works Machinery. The Services Concern The Supply And Installation Of Tires, Accessories And Ancillary Services For Heavy Goods Vehicles, Agricultural Equipment And Public Works Machinery. The Non-Exhaustive Inventory Of Materials For Which The Department Is Responsible Is Attached To The Consultation File. The Nature Of The Expected Services Appears In Article Iv.1 Of This Ccp. For Maintenance Or Repair Services Which Are To Be Carried Out In The Holders Workshop, His Workshop Must Be Located At A Maximum Distance Of 100 Km From Our Workshops In La Garde Or Draguignan. Variants: This Consultation Is Open To A Variation. This Consists Solely Of Exempting The Candidate From The Domiciliation Clause Of The Service Providers Repair Workshops Within A Maximum Radius Of 100 Km From Our Workshops In La Garde Or Draguignan. See Article Iii.2.1 Of The Consultation Regulations (Rc). The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of One Year From 03/08/2026, Or From Its Date Of Notification If This Is Later. It Is Renewable Three Times Per Period Of One Year By Express Renewal, The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Not Being Able To Exceed Four Years. The Holder Of The Framework Agreement Cannot Refuse Its Renewal. The Framework Agreement May Be Renewed For One Year, At The Earliest From The Date On Which The Maximum Amount Is Reached, Or At The Latest, After A Period Of One Year From Its Notification Date Or Its (Express) Renewal Date. The Framework Agreement Will Automatically End As Soon As The Maximum Amount Of The Last Period Is Reached. The Services May Vary Within The Following Limits: First Period: 1 Year From 03/08/2026 Or The Date Of Notification Of The Framework Agreement If This Is Later Minimum Amount: 20,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Maximum Amount: 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Subsequent Period(S): 1 Year From The End Of The Previous Period - 3 Express Renewals Possible Amounts Per Period Minimum Amount: 20,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Maximum Amount: 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
