samspillentreprise Center Building Bykle . Descriptiona New City Center Building Is To Be Established In The Center Of Bykle. The Project Consists Of The Demolition Of The Current Building, The Removal Of The Tank On The Site And The Construction Of A Combined Commercial And Residential Building As Well As The Development Of The Outdoors And Infrastructure In Accordance With Illustration Plan. The Area Is Located In The Center Of Bykle. Today, The Area Mainly Consists Of A Petrol Station, Car Parks And A Drive-Thru For Visitors. The Procurement Includes The Contracting Of A Contractor For An Interaction Phase With A Transition To A Turnkey Contract. Refer To Appendix 1.0-1.8 For Sketches Of The Proposed Solution For The Area. The Interaction Phase With Detailed Prospecting Is Planned To Last Six Weeks, Starting In May 2026. The Current Building Is To Be Demolished And The Tank On The Site Is To Be Removed Before Digging Begins. Digging And Leveling On The Plot Should Be Finished Before The End Of October. The Construction Phase Is Estimated At Just Over A Year From September 2026 To The End Of November 2027. See Attached Progress Plan.
