The Framework Agreement Is A Composite Framework Agreement (A Purchase Order Part And A Regular Market Part). Thus, The Market Is Composed Of: - An Ordinary Part For Preventive Maintenance Services; - Another Part Within The Framework Of Purchase Orders, With A Maximum, In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, For Corrective Maintenance Services. The Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices And Fixed Rates. The Contracts Mission Is To Provide Annual Preventive Maintenance (4 Visits Per Year) And A Corrective Maintenance Service (Repair, Change Of Parts, Restoration Of Flexible Floors, Etc.). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 1 Year From The First Of The Month Following Notification. (For Example In The Event Of Notification Of The Market On May 29, 2026, The Start Of The Market Will Therefore Be June 1, 2026).
