Within The Royal Navy, The Transport Department Has Various Activities On The Marine Site In Den Helder. This Also Includes Various Cleaning Activities Using Vacuum Technology, For The Maintenance Of The Fleet. The Fleet Already Consists Of A Number Of Vacuum Trucks And A Number Of Separate Vacuum Units. The Existing Separate Vacuum Units Cannot Meet Their Task. These Suction Units Also Do Not Comply With Adr Regulations. This Results In The Existing Suction Units Having To Be Replaced By Two Complete Self-Sufficient Vacuum Installations With Correct Certification. The New Self-Sufficient Vacuum Installations Can Be Used Mobile In Various Tactical Locations And Must Also Be Able To Be Deployed Modularly. The Main Task Of These Units Will Be; Can Be Used For A Long Time In Cleaning Work For Small Or Larger Quantities Of Waste. By Purchasing These Installations, The Transport Department Can Respond More Adequately To The Current Capacity Issues Within The Armed Forces.
