1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Expansion Of A Video Monitoring System With 8 Camera Points In Ip Technology (Cctv) And In The Design And Build Formula. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Build And Put Into Use The Subject Of The Order In A Condition Free From Defects And Faults. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed By A Person Or Persons With Design Authorizations In A Given Specialty On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Verified And Approved By The Ordering Party. 2. Camera Points Will Be Located In The Following Locations In The City Of Pisz: 1) Intersection Of Leśna And Gdańska Streets; 2) Ul. Dr. Władysława Klementowskiego 2 (Entrance To The Primary School And The School Playground);3) Ul. Dr. Władysława Klementowskiego (Square With A Monument To Dr. Władysław Klementowski);4) Intersection Of Olsztyńska And Orzyska Streets;5) Ul. Młodzieżowa;6) Ul. Polish Army Plot With Geod. No. 322/3 And 1426/3;7) Ul. Trzcinowa; 8) Tourists Alley. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages. Stage I - Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including: A) Part I Of The Design Documentation - Variant Concepts Of Proposed Solutions For The Investment In Accordance With The Law, The Currently Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations And Applicable Standards, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Use Of Solutions Rationalizing Construction Costs And The Approval Of The Developed Concept By The Ordering Party; B) Part Ii Of The Design Documentation: - Preparation Of Design Documentation To The Extent Consistent With The Requirements Specified In Pfu, Together With All Design Studies And Arrangements Necessary To Prepare This Documentation, - Obtaining The Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Required By Law, Including: All Other Arrangements And Opinions And Decisions Necessary To Perform Construction Works (The Contractor Will Be Authorized To Submit Appropriate Applications To The Relevant Institutions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party). Stage Ii - Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, Including: A) Execution Of Works On The Basis Of Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party And The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority In Accordance With The Principles Of Knowledge Technical And Providing The Ordering Party With The Subject Of The Contract Ready For Use, B) Exercising Authors Supervision During The Period Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation, C) Developing As-Built Documentation For The Completed Investment And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party If Necessary.4. At The Design Stage, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit Design Solutions For The Video Monitoring Network For Their Assessment And Acceptance By The Ordering Party. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Conditions For The Impleme
