1.1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Theater Of Services Of 24-Hour, Direct Protection Of Persons And Property Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2025.532), In The Buildings Of The National Theater (I.E. The Main Building, Located At Plac Teatralny 3 And In The Technical Building, Located At Ul. Wierzbowa 3) And The Parking Lot Located At The Service Entrance A (Main Building From Wierzbowa Street). The Services Referred To In The Previous Sentence, Consisting In The Direct Performance Of Security Activities, Will Be Performed In The Form Of: 1.1.1) 24-Hour, Single-Person Duty, Performed By Persons Directly Performing Security Activities At: A) The Service Entrance A To The Main Building Of The National Theater, B) The Service Entrance C To The Technical Building Of The National Theatre.1.1.2) Periodic (Designated By The Theater In The Periods From January 1 To January 30 June And From September 1 To December 31), Single-Person Duties Performed By Persons Directly Performing Security Activities In The Following Places Of The Theater Buildings: A) At The Audience Entrance, Hall. Bogusławskiego (Main Building - Theater Square), B) At The Entrance To The Audience Of The Stage. Grzegorzewski (Technical Building - Ul. Fredry), C) At The Emergency Exit From The Hall. Bogusławskiego (Main Building - Ul. Wierzbowa,D) In Other Places Inside The Theater Buildings, Resulting From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.1.1.3) The Total Number Of Hours Of Direct Performance Of Security Activities By The Contractors Security Employees, As Part Of Duties At All Posts Listed In Point 3.1.1 Swz, Is 35,040 Hours - Throughout The Entire Period Of The Agreement (730 Days).1.1.4) Estimated Total Number Of Hours Direct Performance Of Security Activities By The Contractors Security Staff, As Part Of Periodic Duties At All Posts Listed In Point 3.1.2 Of The Swz - Will Not Exceed 650 Hours Per Month (Excluding Holiday Breaks) And Will Not Exceed 13,000 Hours Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement (730 Days). 1.1.5) Point 3.1.4 Of The Swz Specifies The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Direct Performance Of Security Activities By The Contractors Security Staff, Determined On The Basis Of The Number Hours Worked By Security Staff At The Posts Referred To In Point 3.1.2 Of The Swz In 2025 And Is Only Indicative.1.1.6) The Number Of Hours Of Direct Performance Of Security Activities By The Contractors Security Staff Specified In Point 3.1.4 Of The Swz Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Number Of Hours Of Actually And Properly Performed Security Activities. The Theater Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Hours Compared To The Estimated Number.
